I love Bear’s little works of art. They’re both fun and stylized. Her website is full of great paintings of flamingos and fishes and owls and anteaters. All for sale to boot!
I chose Flamingo 02 because it shows the level of detail that she puts into her patterns. Bear’s work may seem haphazard but I don’t believe that it is. Those patterns are too deliberate, too exact. Take a close look at the swirls in the beak. They’re great.
