Rue de Rivoli by Michał Orłowski in Poland.
OrÅ‚owski is a well-accomplished yet young artist and architect in Poland. His bio is extremely impressive – which includes the founding of the Association of Polish Watercolourists.
I’ve chosen to feature this particular piece because of how it reminded me of tilt-shift photography. I don’t think this was intentional by OrÅ‚owski but I think that the light-source-background with darker foreground and subjects really lends itself to that look.
Leaving in the reflectors and the car lights was a touch of genius.
